Contact details
The objective of the helpdesk is to provide an advisory service to the entire TNT organisation in relation to:
• Questions about technical TNT visual identity standards and their application
• Types of materials and production processes used
Requests for information may be submitted via email, phone or fax, and the helpdesk will endeavour to answer you within 48 hours of reception. Should the question asked fall outside the direct remit of the helpdesk as described here, they will ensure that it is referred to the relevant Divisional Head Office or Group Communications as appropriate.
The Helpdesk is located in the Netherlands, and operates Monday-Friday, from 8.00 to 17.00.
